Mission Statement:

“The mission of the Oregon Trail Fire Training Association is protecting our firefighters, our citizens, and their property by providing top quality training.”

Our training association started out as District 12A Training in 1971 and was changed to Oregon Trail Fire Training Association in 2011 to better reflect the area we serve. The Association serves Umatilla, Morrow and Gilliam County counties in northeast Oregon. The Association provides structural fire training, wild-land fire training, hazardous materials awareness and operations training, and incident command training. This association has a long and proud history in the training of Oregon’s firefighters.
